This package will help guide you through what you need to consider as your company reaches between 10 and 15 employees.

Ditching the small business mentality

What works when you are a small business, may longer be effective once you reach around 30 to 50 employees.

At this stage you may be unsure about what you need to have in place. You may even be considering bringing in your first HR person to the team.

This package includes a detailed audit of your current people practices and provides a people plan for you to implement as you grow.
